How does the 30-day free trial work?
Once we've setup your Briq environment with you, you can invite your team to start using Briq. During 30 days, your whole team has access to all the apps and features of Briq and we'll be working with you to ensure you get the most out of Briq. After this period, we help you decide which plan is best for you, depending on your needs and your priorities.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. At the end of the trial period, we'll decide the right plan and we'll setup automatic billing together. We'll start charging your credit card one month later, based on the number of active users in your company, as explained in our fair pricing policy above.
When does my trial period start?
Whenever you're ready. We'll help you set everything up and prepare the roll-out and testing of Briq according to your own agenda and goals. When it's time to launch, then starts the trial period.
Do I have to pay for team members that don't use Briq?
Absolutely not. According to our fair pricing policy, we only charge you for users that have been active during the month (with a minimum of 30). A user is considered active if s/he gives, receives or redeems any Briq during the month.
How can I upgrade/downgrade to another plan?
Your dedicated employee engagement expert is always available to help you get the most out of Briq. Just contact her/him to move to the plan that's right for you.
